Having 17 years of working experience for several reputable developers and consultants, overseeing projects across various sectors including industrial (factories, shipyards), infrastructure (airports), commercial (offices and retail fit-outs), hospitality, F&B from new build to the renovation project. Viet’s experience spans different job functions such as planning & design, tendering/bidding management, cost estimation, construction progress, quality control and contract negotiation and management, and especially well-known authority submission processes.

In 2015, Viet and his partner established Emes Engineering Services focused on MEP services for commercial, and industrial sectors.
